Blackrock, a US firm of financial management consultants, appointed GHI to fit out their new office premises. The brief was that the level of finish and specification should match that of their New York office and GHI were appointed on a design and build basis for the mechanical, electrical and voice and data installations, with a critical end date stipulated to co-ordinate with the clients relocation.

We addressed the brief by visiting the clients New York office and presented our proposals to the dedicated project team, including our appointed M&E consultants. Following appointment we engaged a team of approved sub-contractors capable of meeting the demands of the project, and working closely with the client team, delivered to the client, a fit out on-time and to a standard exceeding that in New York.
