International property consultants, DTZ selected GHI to fit-out their new offices in Edinburgh’s vibrant business and financial district, continuing a successful track record as the professional’s choice of contractor for their own premises.

Delivery of this project was achieved through GHI’s excellent working relationship with both DTZ and SMC Parr, our previous experience of the Edinburgh Quay property and proactively engineered solutions. This ensured the client’s move management strategy was completed smoothly and on time.

GHI created an open plan office environment, as well as meeting rooms and board room, with curved faceted partitioning incorporating glazed manifestation. The modern reception area, was formed with a feature wall, bespoke reception desk and enhanced lighting effects to a high specification design.
