GHI completed the refurbishment and fit-out of this major legal firm’s Edinburgh premises, to exacting specifications and programme, within fully occupied areas. Dundas and Wilson’s business remained fully functional throughout the project works, with continuous access for both clients and staff.

The project was negotiated to suit the client’s budget and specification, with GHI involved from the outset, providing detailed cost and programme information at each stage of design development. The refurbishment of the “Client Area” included reception, meeting rooms, board rooms, lounge, touchdown area and client toilets, as well as kitchen, library, mobile racking and cloak & baggage facilities.

GHI worked with our team of preferred sub-contractors, selected to ensure maximum flexibility, performance and quality standards, with out of hours working to meet the programme, and guarantee the client’s uninterrupted functionality.
