Chesser House, Edinburgh

GHI were appointed by Edinburgh City Council for the refurbishment of the reception area of their premises at Chesser House. The project required removal of existing offices to create an open plan reception, conversion of a stepped concrete floor into a tiled single level and
installation of a reglit glass wall, revolving door and entrance screen, which created a bright modern foyer and entrance in keeping with this high profile public body.

Innovative bespoke design and integrated installation of the key elements in a restricted
access site, within a live occupied building were critical to the success of this project.
