Quayside House, Fountainbridge, Edinburgh

Appointed to fit out the first floor of Quayside House, GHI embraced the project challenges by creating new meeting rooms and offices for The Financial Services Authority.

GHI were also tasked with submitting a design for the central atrium, and created the breakout area with feature walls, printer station, cloak room, furniture and finishes.

The laminated glazed screens provide distinctive separation from the work stations, and add visual impact to this key area.

The entire project allowed GHI to demonstrate our ability to provide innovative design in the creation of bespoke environments and to exceed client expectation.

The project was successfully completed by applying GHI’s exacting standards in quality, design, programme and adherence to budget.
