The construction of the three storey Belgrave Court development, has proven to be a landmark project. Working closely with Haa Design, GHI managed the entire process including ground works, structural steel framework, external walls, glazing and roof installation.
GHI additionally completed the building’s interior, comprising raised floors, suspended ceilings and toilets, and then undertook the fit-out of the 5,500 Sq Ft, ground floor space to Cat ’A’ standard for their own occupation.
This new vibrant working environment comprises reception, meeting rooms, board room and cellular training room, as well as a staff break out area.
The building services systems installations, included power, data, air conditioning and energy efficient, motion sensitive lighting.
