Our clients, a firm of investment trust managers, appointed GHI for the refurbishment and fit out of their office premises. The project involved specialist procurement and manufacture of bespoke materials, multi trade co-ordination and, clearly defined and phased programme completion dates, with continuous client occupation.

Our dedicated project team provided a detailed construction programme with the client, to accommodate their occupational requirements, and we identified strategic suppliers and subcontractors who were key to responding within the time constraints imposed, completing each phase on time, to a high quality and within the clients budget.

Since completion GHI have been contracted for additional phased works within this clients property.
