McGrigor Donald, one of the UK’s leading law practices, required to maintain their business continuity during the potential upheaval of a major office move. GHI, already working to an accelerated timescale, were required to achieve zero defects quality at the first time of asking, with no allowance for slippage, while taking additional responsibility for a sophisticated security installation, M&E services and IT infrastructure.

Appointed under a two stage tender process, GHI played a significant role in the on-site development of several design features, in a project which comprised a wide spectrum of bespoke joinery, feature walls, glazed partitions and unique internal finishes.
