The extensive refurbishment of this prestigious property for developer, Stockland Halladale, included reconstruction of the internal structure and fabric to provide new flexible office space in what was previously a single occupation premises.

GHI, working in conjunction with SMC Hugh Martin Architects and CBA, were responsible for subdivision at all levels, reconfiguration of the building services, new structural floor infills to the atrium and feature link bridges with glass balustrading, as well as installation of a roof mounted chiller unit and bespoke reception finishes.
