Parliament House the landmark, ‘A’ listed property, was successfully upgraded and refurbished by GHI for The Scottish Court Service, within their property framework.

As a design and build project, GHI created modern café and dining areas, along with their requisite kitchen. Using our extensive experience working in live environments, we ensured that no disruption occurred to affect the client’s vital legal operations.

The completion of refurbishment and upgrades to Courts One, Three and Four added further functionality, enabling adaptive changes to each court’s layout.

The execution of the projects programme required meticulous scheduling and adherence to key dates, paying particular attention to the detailed M&E installations.
