The challenge was to completely refurbish and enhance the internal fabric and services of a derelict hotel to a quality standard that would achieve a 3 star rating for the business. Our    appointment included undertaking full M&E services inspection and reporting recommended  upgrade works to ensure life cycle operation.

The project required GHI to co-ordinate works with a separately appointed external contractor and this demanded cohesive team working and continuous communication throughout. GHI adopted a pro-active approach to ensure delivery of the hotel met the clients planned opening date.
