Lochrin Sqaure, Edinburgh

GHI has continued its successful working relationship with Watson Wyatt, delivering their new   Edinburgh offices at the prestigious Lochrin Square development, following our earlier fit-out at Princes Exchange.

This project, achieved in a fast tracked, 7 week programme, included creation of a functional open plan office area, formation of meeting rooms and board room with glazed partitioning incorporating manifestation, comms room and reception area with bespoke circular wall.

GHI were also responsible for adjustment to the M&E services, installation of comms room, feature floor lighting, and all decoration and finishes.
