GHI were appointed by this blue chip Asset Management Company to completely fit out prime new office space within a 6 week period for their new business operation. The project comprised full electrical and data installations underfloor, lighting and mechanical modifications to the base build and extensive fit out works to form boardrooms, meeting rooms and ancillary space. Specified, bespoke materials and finishes created additional challenges.
An allocated project team ensured communication channels were maintained and all matters involving the client and their design team, were resolved expediently. Through use of our existing resources and supply chain we were able to complete the project on time, and to a high standard, meeting all of the clients business objectives for their operations in this property.
Following the subsequent division of Aberdeen Asset Management and Aberdeen Property Investors, GHI provided additional refurbishment and fit out for the two separate organisations.
