GHI reinforced its market position in the retail sector, through our appointment to complete the refresh of the Almondvale ShoppingCentre for Land Securities.

Completing this project while the mall remained open, required GHI to adopt a flexible working approach, and through close liaison with KeppieDesign, Gardiner & Theobald and the client management team, we ensured our operations did not impact upon retailers or consumers.
The two phases of this project consisted of removal and replacement of doors, floor & wall tiles and ceilings, as well as a revision of the mall’s lighting scheme.

New installations included a barrisol ceiling throughout the centre, specialist granite wall cladding, exterior signage and embossed aluminium fittings to existing pilasters.
