Successfully delivering this project within an accelerated fast tracked programme, to meet Weir Group’s stringent timeframe, GHI, working with architects, Keppie Design and project managers, Gardiner & Theobald, responded to the challenge, and created a premium quality office  environment.

The fit-out of this property included the creation of meeting rooms and cellular office space with glazed partitioning, bespoke joinery finishes to the reception area and office pods, and new electrical, security and IT systems. Additionally, GHI installed mechanical cooling in the comms room and completed all decoration and floor finishes.
