GHI carried out a reconfiguration and refurbishment of the Eagle building. The works included both internal and external works with the addition of an external adaption to the main entrance, of the building which holds 10 offices.

We also carried out serviced office and café refurbishment as part of the phased works.

Phase One of the project involved refurbishment works to the basement car parks, common lift lobbies and reception, the ground floor, sixth floor and seventh floor office floor plates.

Project specifics included:

  • Conversion of the upper basement from car parking to cycling shower, changing and storing ground floor alterations including removal of a stone façade, existing stair reconfiguration, new wide stair entrance into the upper mezzanine level, café and Cat B office fit-out to mezzanine level, reception refurbishment including the pouring of a resin floor finish.
  • Replacement of the existing main entrance box and entrance doors with a new feature entrance structure including a new revolving door, accessible pass door and public realm improvements.
  • Refurbishment of the common stairs and lobbies.
  • Cat A office refurbishment to level 6 including sub-division to 4 smaller office suites, fit-out and reconfiguration / upgrade of M&E services.
  • Cat A office refurbishment to level 7 in an open plan arrangement including reconfiguration / upgrade of M&E services.
  • Reconfiguration and upgrade of M&E services throughout.
